PAC Groups

Portland Aquatic Club (PAC) offers six training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels at four sites throughout Portland. It is the goal of PAC to offer age/ ability specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best they can be.

  • Senior Group- 6-11 practices per week (Ages: 13 and over)
  • Senior Prep- 5- 11 practices per week (Ages: 12 and over)
  • Gold- 5 practices per week (Ages: 9 and over)
  • Silver- 3 practices per week (Ages: 8 and over)
  • Bronze I, II- 2 practices per week (Ages: 5 and over)
