2010 Speedo OSI Senior Championships

Description

A last chance to make Sectionals for PAC swimmers with 14 and over ’A’ times to be held in Gresham, OR this year.  11-14’s should not attend this meet as they will be at 11-14 State the week before. 15 and Overs who need AGS or Sr. Sectional times should participate.

PAC Seniors have chosen not to participate in relays.  They want to focus on their events.

Coach Jody will be at the meet with Jack covering practice.

Warm-up times:  Thursday Timed Finals: Warm-ups:4:30PM Competition: 5:30PM (in water at 4:30 pm)
Friday-Sunday Prelims: Warm-ups 8:00AM – 9:15AM Competition: 9:30AM  Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of warm-ups.  Let's be at the pool by 8:15 am and in the water at 8:30 am on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
